St Mary's is an open Church aiming to make God's love real through worship and by being a welcoming community where we try to care every day for everyone.

COFFEE BAR

Our coffee bar is open daily from 10am-4pm. Whether you wish to come in for a quiet time or to meet or make friends our coffee bar which is staffed by over 60 volunteers is always welcoming.

Home made cakes on sale

We use only fairly traded tea and coffee

If you want to help out (3 hours a fortnight) ring Liz on 01455 234241 and you will be most welcome. We are always looking for volunteers to replace those who have to stand down

We have several thousand books, fiction and non-fiction on all subjects to chose from. Many displayed in the North Aisle, some in storage. Just ask if you don't see what you want.

Come and browse at your leisure.

Also a large variety of  bible-texted greetings cards & prayer cards plus a small selection of new books and bibles are available.
 

TRAIDCRAFT & GIFT STALL

Fairer trade can help people work their way out of poverty.

Traidcraft sells a variety of fairly traded products & aims to improve the livlihood of their third world producers. This means

• respect for people and the environment.

• a long term relationship of partnership & co-operation.

• ensuring working conditions are better than average.

• paying people in the third world fair prices.

working together we can bring an end to the unfair systems of trade which trap the poor. Join us to give the poor access to trading opportunities and expertise.

Our Traidcraft stall sells a wide selection of tea and ground, instant & decaffinated coffee, chocolate and lots of beautiful hand crafted goods.
